Submission guidlines

The official language of all the conferences and papers is English. Therefore, the paper must be written in English, which must be straightforward and free of grammatical errors.

ICRAEEE 2025 invites original contributions in the areas of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Renewable Energy Systems and Energy Storage, Environmental Technology and Sustainable Practices, and Materials and Applications. The conference aims to bring together researchers, engineers, and practitioners to discuss recent advancements and innovations in these key fields.

• Extended Abstract Deadline: July 30, 2025 --->  September 10, 2025
• Extended Full Paper Deadline: August 30, 2025 --->  November 10, 2025
• Notification of Acceptance: September 15, 2025
• Publication of the program: November 15, 2025
• Conference Dates: December 11-12, 2025

Paper Submission Instructions :

1. Abstract Submission:

• Authors must first submit an abstract of no more than 200 words.
• The abstract must Include only one figure
• The abstract must Include a maximum of three references
• Authors must provide a brief biography of the first author along with a recent photo
• The abstract must fit entirely on one single page
• The abstract should clearly outline the problem, methodology, results, and conclusions.
• Authors will receive a notification regarding the abstract's acceptance within two weeks.
• Authors will need to create an account on the platform to submit their abstracts.
• Authors must submit their abstracts via the ICRAEEE 2025 conference platform.
• Authors most also send their abstracts in Word format by email: icraeee25@hotmail.com, or  icraeee25@gmail.com specifying the topic of their presentation.

2. Full Paper Submission:

• • Upon abstract acceptance, authors must submit the full paper by November 10, 2025.
  • All papers and abstracts must be submitted through the official ICRAEEE 2025 submission platform
  • Authors will need to create an account on the platform to submit their work.
  • Manuscripts should be at least 8 pages (including figures, tables, and references).
  • Papers must be submitted through the conference's online submission system on the official conference website.

3. Review Process:

• All submitted papers will undergo peer review by experts in the respective fields.
• The conference proceedings will include only accepted papers.
• Plagiarism Check: Strict originality requirements (<15% similarity).

4. Formatting and Style:

• • Papers must be formatted according to the ICRAEEE conference template. The template is at the following links: Abstract_Template_ICRAEEE;  Full_paper_Template_ICRAEEE.docx
    
  • Authors must ensure proper citation of previous works and avoid plagiarism.

5. Submission Platform:

Presentation Formats:

• • Oral Presentations: Authors of selected papers will be invited to present their work in oral sessions during the conference.
  • Poster Presentations: Authors of papers that are not selected for oral presentation may be invited to present their work in poster format. The template is at the following link: Poster_Template_ICRAEEE2025.ppt
    
  • Presentation guidelines will be shared with authors upon acceptance.

Conference Journals:

• • All accepted full papers will be published in the E2S Web of Conferences indexed in Scopus.

• • The papers selected from the accepted submissions will be published in one of the journals indexed in Scopus or Web of Science.

• • All accepted and presented abstracts will be published as a conference proceeding.
