Registration fees

Registration fees include the following:

• Conference Welcome Packet,
• Attendance at all Technical Sessions (Keynote Speeches, Oral Sessions, Poster Sessions, Breakouts, etc.),
• Coffee breaks and Lunches (all days of the conference),
• Conference Proceedings (USB),
• Hard Copy of the Conference Program Guide,
• Certificate of Presentation/ Participation.

Publication Fees:

• For publication in E3S WOC, a fee of 100 € (1000 DH) per accepted article applies. Participants wishing to publish their articles in E3S WOC must pay this fee for each accepted article.
• For publication in IJMOT, a fee of 150 € (1500 DH) per accepted article applies. Participants wishing to publish their articles in IJMOT must pay this fee for each accepted article.

Bank account payment:

•  The receipt of the bank transfer must be sent by mail to: icraeee25@hotmail.com     or     icraeee25@gmail.com
• Students must provide proof of their status by submitting a copy of their doctoral enrollment certificate. Otherwise, they will be required to pay the academic registration fee.

 Guidelines                                                                                                         

• For Authors:  At least one author of each accepted paper must be registered to ensure its inclusion in the conference proceedings and to schedule it for presentation, otherwise the papers will not be published.

• Publication and Presentation Limit: For each registration, a maximum of one article will be published and presented. If authors wish to present more than one article, they must pay an additional fee for each extra article, with a limit of one additional article.

• Individual Participation: One registration provides participation in the conference for only one person. If multiple authors wish to attend, each must register individually.
